Drip irrigation has become an increasingly important topic since the drought summers of 2018-2020 – it can be used to save water, fertilizer, energy and labor while also achieving higher yields. Against this background, the business of the inventor and global market leader for the innovative irrigation solution for agriculture, landscaping and home gardens is growing in Germany. The company has decided to accompany this development with a communication strategy, in order to raise more awareness of the technology among the company's stakeholders.

 

The result

We analysed the initial situation, looked at what the competition was doing and developed a communication plan tailored to the company. We commissioned market research, implemented press interviews, professionalised the newsletter and positioned the company's speakers at events. We were able to score points with exciting background stories at trade publishers and generated coverage there, achieving more attention for the company and its drip irrigation solution.

You need text for a new patient website?

The patient website is supposed to go online in four weeks, the concept is there, but there is no text yet. This was exactly the case with a pharmaceutical company. We were commissioned to write the text, received a concise briefing with topic headings and a few sentences on the aim of the page.

 

The result

After 14 days, the text modules for 20 topic blocks were written and on the client's desk. Including correction loops and medical proofs on the client's side, the texts were approved after three weeks and could be integrated into the website.

Where should paid content be published? When will topics be taken up editorially? For the publication of current study results on telecardiology, a telemedicine company needed a concept on how cardiologists, APIs and health insurance decision-makers would be informed about the data.

 

The result

Within a week, we developed the content strategy, solicited offers from specialist publishers for guest articles from KOLs, for newsletter formats and inserts. We also drew up a timetable on how to push the topic over a three month period. After agreeing on the concept in the second week after kick-off, we started with the implementation. After two weeks, the texts including the proofreading loop were ready. We implemented the project with a focus on success, achieved high attention with high-quality content and numerous editorial reports.
